Or bag ...I usually do protein shakes or a smoothie. Or bag up some fruit. Grapefruit is water based and supposedly helps burn fat. Green apples are good for keeping you regular. I try to stick to water based fruits because sometimes fruit can get a little tricky because of the natural sugar in them. This helps especially if you have a problem with consuming too much sugar like myself. I also do the 100 calorie snacks.
