  1. Love it! Thanks, Stacey. My sister reassured me when my stomach growled---hunger means your fat is shrieking as it leaves! (It also means I need to eat a veggie snack.) And Oprah's little red wagon full of butchered fat taught me to visualize: when I pick up my heavy little Dachshund, I smile---I've now lost as much as she weighs. For short-term motivation I've drilled myself: A quarter-pound of fat (.2 on our .1-lb scales) is nothing to sneeze at: it's a stick of butter--No. Longer. Inhabiting. My. Body. Yahoo!
