Thank you Myrna! Sometimes we are so stuck in our cravings that we don't even think of the alternatives that will satisfy us without all the calories! I was surrounded a couple nights ago by my family munching on thin mint cookies...gotta love those girl scouts! When I couldn't stand it anymore and thought I was gonna cave, I ran to the kitchen and pulled out a stick of that extra dessert gum-mint chip flavored...I'm not saying it was the same as a cookie but it gave me the same flavor and only 15 calories and I didn't have regret or a stomach ache after!!
