Week 2

Hey Ladies!
Happy Monday.  Make sure to weigh in today and send me your weight privately via e-mail.  Please post your successes and challenges here on our blog.
So far, the week #2 weights I've received have all been positive!  Way to go ladies!
Additionally, the checks are trickling in.  Please make sure to have your check postmarked to me by 1/14.  If you need to make other arrangements, please let me know.

  1. I changed what I was eating and also tried to make sure I ate 5 small meals a day. My challenge was eating out. When I eat out, I see all of these yummy things on the menu that I just want to devour! Also, I was sad that we had snow last night, which shut the city down and prevented me from meeting with my trainer this am...:( Looking for a replacement workout.
