What is for my afternoon snack?

Suggestions anyone?
I don't think a Starbucks latte is going to cut it.

  1. I usually do protein shakes or a smoothie. Or bag up some fruit. Grapefruit is water based and supposedly helps burn fat. Green apples are good for keeping you regular. I try to stick to water based fruits because sometimes fruit can get a little tricky because of the natural sugar in them. This helps especially if you have a problem with consuming too much sugar like myself. I also do the 100 calorie snacks. Just be sure to read the label.

Here's an excerpt from an article I read online:
To supplement your water intake, you can also use water-based foods. There are many water-based fruits and vegetables to choose from. Water-based vegetables include lettuce, celery, broccoli, peppers, squash and cucumbers. Water-based fruits include watermelon, pineapple, oranges, peaches, tomatoes, kiwi fruit, berries and apples

  2. I like the Orville Redenbacher's Smart Pop Mini Bags. They come in butter or kettle corn flavors. There are 100 calories in the bag but most important is the portion control. 2 grams of fat, 3 grams of protein. I haven't done WW for awhile but I think that may come in at 2 points?? A bag does have 220 mg of sodium.
