I changed what I was eating and also tried to make sure I ate 5 small meals a day. My challenge was eating out. When I eat out, I see all of these yummy things on the menu that I just want to devour! Also, I was sad that we had snow last night, which shut the city down and prevented me from meeting with my trainer this am...:( Looking for a replacement workout.
